As HR Talent Leaders, we are responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within our organizations.

 When Gary Bolles asked Adam Grant, best-selling author of books like Think Again, to describe the most critical mindset to encourage throughout the organization, he responded without hesitation:
