Session Focus: So you want to build an apprenticeship program – now what?

Join us for a roundtable discussion on building and running a successful apprenticeship program. We’ll discuss the key benefits of apprenticeship programs, how to get started, how to structure and design a program that meets the needs of your organization and the apprentices, and how to recruit and select candidates for your program. You’ll hear from leaders in industry and healthcare who have successfully implemented apprenticeship programs that build their talent pipelines. Of course, you’ll have the chance to ask questions and share your own experiences.
