ELE's Wisconsin cohort for Learning & HR Executives is a year-long learning process through face-to-face collaboration and networking with other local heads of Learning & Talent Development. Each senior leader is encouraged to bring a peer from their organization that contributes to, engages, or supports the Learning & Talent spectrum for their workplace. Session Focus: Pursuing a People First Culture—Exploring Integrated Talent Development & Management that Create a People Success Culture. How Culture Works Model Pierce Manufacturing build trucks that live up to your demands. It’s not some nine-to-five-go-home-and-forget-about-it kind of thing. Too much rides on what you do. To our team, there is no room for anything less than the absolute best. Pierce strives to set the standard when it comes to customization and service. It all starts in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Appleton, Wisconsin to meet world-class standards for quality. From research and development, to service and support, our trucks are designed to perform under the toughest conditions.

ELE quarterly cohort exchanges are built around the following design elements:
  1. Sharing practical case studies aligned to business needs
  2. Identifying key issues and developing insights and solutions
  3. Canvassing learning industry trends applied at ELE members' workplace
  4. Blending formal & informal learning hosted at ELE members' workplace:
    • Formal presentations, many times with line leaders, are scheduled between 1:00 - 5:15 p.m.
    • Hosting ELE Member provides an informal on-site lunch & we conclude each session with an informal off-site CLO/CTO/CHRO cocktail reception.
