Session Focus: “Data Efficacy” is the ability for organizations to manage data in such a way to drive informed decisions. Efficacy is defined succinctly as the ability to generate a desired or intended effect. Organizations manage data primarily to enable informed decisions. In essence, “Data Efficacy” is the ability for organizations to manage data in such a way to drive informed decisions. This session will be focused on understanding and managing data to optimize your ability to make decisions, continuously improve, and/or talk about impact. We’ll present some different ways to think about your data, as well as data you might not even know you have! The session will conclude with an overview of some dashboards that can show the power of data efficacy.
