Session Focus: Helping Managers Improve Psychology Safety in the Workplace Discussion starter: ClimatePros & UL Psychological safety has been around since the 1990’s, when Amy Edmondson was researching what led to high performing teams in hospitals. It grew in popularity when Google’s Project Aristotle uncovered that the number one contributing factor to the highest performing teams was the team having psychological safety. What if everyone in your organization came to work with the belief and confidence they could be their true authentic self, and have the freedom to speak up about their work without fear of negative consequences? This goes to the core belief system of those who lead people in your business and how they are wired. How many of your leaders create psychologically safe places for their teams to thrive? This Learning Circle - Culture Shaping is produced by Executive Learning Exchange. If possible, please plan to log in a few minutes early to make sure you have the Zoom plug-in loaded on your computer, and your headset/mic is working correctly.
