Our organization, like many organizations, is growing at a fast pace and looks to grow by over 20% in revenue and headcount in the coming years. As the organization expands, we must have a deep bench of Ready Now and Ready in 1-2 Years successors prepared to lead our business into unknown territory.
Our grad program has successfully produced leaders in every area of our business over the last 8+ years. The grad program allows us to be agile while preparing young and upcoming leaders for critical roles in our organization. WE will dive into how our program works and the impact of the program on our readiness as an organization to meet the future needs of our business model.
Michelle has more than 15 years of experience in learning, organizational effectiveness and talent management across a variety of industries including financial services, hospitality, retail and distribution. She has held leadership roles at Sears Holdings, Wyndham Worldwide, and currently is currently building the learning function at KeHE Distributors, a specialty, natural, organic and fresh foods distributor. Michelle holds a BA in English Education, an MA in Curriculum & Instruction, and the CPLP & SPHR designations. Michelle is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences including Chicagoland Learning Leaders Conference, SE-Wisconsin Learning Leaders Conference, ASTD’s international conference, the Masie Center’s Learning conference, and local chapter conferences.
