Responsible for shaping and leading company's internal and external diversity vision. Work closely with CEO and SVPHR on business and people strategies to increase value to each of the Firm's stakeholders*associates, clients, investors, and communities*through diversity and inclusion. Working with current national and global demographic trends, focus on the implications of varying worldviews around health, wealth, and performance by the growing number of diverse groups in the workplace.
Results include a 50% increase in minority managers over a three-year period, doubling of minorities at the senior manager level over a two-year period, a measurable increase in organizational openness toward LGBT associates; creation of senior women, minority and LGBT networks; strengthening and growth of all affinity groups; dsign and implementation of innovative global cross-cultural diversity training attended to date by over 6000+ associates worldwide' client wins where, according to client, diversity one of Firm's differentiators in winning business.
