Judy, former president of ISPI, is the CEO of The Institute for Performance Improvement, L3C, (TIfPI) a hybrid for-profit and non-profit created by the state of Illinois to encourage entrepreneurs to take on social challenges. TIfPIís social challenges are school improvement (K-12) as evidenced-by three-years of sustained gains in student achievement and workforce development as demonstrated through performance-based certifications. TIfPI trains and certifies professionals in school improvement, certification, instructional design, and facilitation; audits corporate workforce development and credentialing programs; and on behalf of ISPI, accredits performance improvement and workforce development programs demonstrating sustained results. TIfPI is currently creating joint Corporate and School leader cohorts to collaborate on applying the principles of performance improvement.
