Lisa Schumacher is the Director of Education Strategies at McDonald’s Corporation. She has more than 10 years of experience in organizational learning and development and currently is responsible for leading the development and execution of education solutions to enhance workforce capability and the employee talent pipeline for McDonalds. In her previous role at the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) as the Director of WorkforceChicago, Lisa collaborated with Chicago area CEOs and managed a business-led initiative that identified and disseminated best-practice learning strategies and policies. Prior to that, Lisa was the Director of the University of Chicago Medical Center’s Academy where she provided leadership in developing the organization’s overall learning strategy. Lisa completed her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Communication at Purdue University.
