Chrysler Manager for Organizational Learning & Leadership Development, William J. Kurolvech is currently managing development activities aligned to support Chrysler performance management behaviors, corporate values and leadership development for 15,000 global Chrysler executive, management and salary bargaining unit employees.
Bill Kurolvech started his career in public education with the Grosse Pointe Public Schools after graduating from Eastern Michigan University. Bill then moved to Chrysler Corporation in 1984 as a technical instructor in the Advanced Product Training group. Bill progressed to Senior Instructor / Programs Developer over 13 years while working and servicing operations in Mexico, Italy, Austria, Germany, South America & China. Bill then moved to the Management and Executive Education Group in 1995 to focus on developing management skills training to support Human Resources and Employee Relations. During this period Bill participated in the implementation of a customized corporate LMS solution and later spearheaded joint activity to implement an enterprise purchased LMS solution for the Chrysler Group in conjunction with the UAW and CAW.
As one of Chrysler early leaders in eLearning Bill began efforts in 1998 to standardized eLearning platform directed through the Chrysler Training Provider Forum that Bill now chairs. Standardization of the LMS, Virtual classroom tools and eLearning course offerings was accomplished over a 3 year period.
Recent efforts have been focused on a major redesign to the management development offerings and processes, providing a new corporate product labeled “The Management Performance Zone”. The MPZ is an application of a blended learning model of technology and traditional classroom instruction. This model addresses corporate culture, learning styles and learner demographics while providing complete alignment to the requests of various internal customers.

An 18-year veteran of corporate entertainment, Richard began his career with Chicago's famous Second City comedy troupe.
For more than 15 years, he's been making corporate events fun and engaging for such clients as IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Fisher-Price, United Way, Microsoft, Mattel, the Chicagoland Learning Leaders Conference and many more.

Brian joined ASTD in 2007 to lead the business segmentation effort. In this role, he is responsible for creating relevant and personalized content, tools, and resources for individuals within specific strategic industries and markets. Brian has fifteen years of experience in all facets of sales, sales management, and sales training and is an internationally recognized expert on transforming sales team systems, processes, and people through learning. In this capacity, he also leads the sales profession competency modeling project for ASTD while managing the research, product-development, and educational offering to help ASTD members and non-members attain their goals with their sales teams.
Before joining ASTD, Brian was the Executive Director of the United Professional Sales Association where he led the global effort to define sales competencies for high-performing sales people in complex/consultative selling environments. He has been a sales performance consultant and account executive for small- and large-sized organizations including Dun & Bradstreet, the world's leading provider of business-to-business information. Before joining corporate America, he was a Captain in the United States Air Force where he served as a Logistics Officer and Director of Group Training, managing new-hire and ongoing development programs and human performance improvement initiatives within that service branch.

As a Senior Manager in Baxter’s Talent Management Center of Excellence, Leif is leading the Management Essentials program -- the company’s development program for over 5100 new managers in 38 countries. In addition, he is also responsible for the design, development and implementation of the Baxter’s new leadership training program for senior managers and directors. Leif has been with Baxter for over three years, bringing several years of organizational development and human resources experience from Sears, Deloitte Consulting and Accenture.

Jennifer has over six years experience in improving organizational and individual performance. She utilizes various skills including project management, measurement, and data analysis, to assist organizations in not only developing measurement tools, but being able to use and take action on the data from those tools.
Jennifer is currently a Manager of Professional Services with KnowledgeAdvisors. In this role, she assists organizations in designing surveys, aligning learning metrics with organizational goals, and communicating and taking action on measurement data.

Steve has 13+ years experience in Instructional Design, Project Management and Performance Consulting. He has designed, developed and facilitated learning solutions for companies such as Arthur Andersen, MetLife and Bell Telephone Systems.

Michelle is an associate who consults with public sector clients, and she also heads up the Human Resources department at EnnisKnupp. Michelle draws upon her operational background to assist the firm’s Fiduciary Services group with projects that require her expertise. She generally focuses on organizational design, staffing levels, compensation plans, and strategic planning.
Prior to joining EnnisKnupp in 2006, she worked with KPMG, LLP heading up their Human Resources practice for the U.S. Additionally, Michelle has held positions at Celtic Life Insurance as an actuarial coordinator, Hyatt hotels in its marketing operations department, and Zurich Insurance.
Michelle holds a B.A. degree in marketing from Valparaiso University and is pursuing a degree from DePaul University’s School of New Learning focused on Leadership.
